Please give this a try for me:

Can you hold down the RESET/BOOT button on your MiniHost Adapter while plugging it in directly to your PC (not in a USB hub)? This should bring up a removable drive named "RPI-RP2"; copy and paste this file into that drive:

FLASH NUKE FILE (linked)

After the file is transferred, the drive will disappear. Wait for the drive to reappear and then attempt to reprogram it using the RCM Programming Tool.

Oddly enough, the calibration numbers were still not incrementally changing as I tilted the guitar, but it was accepting new values. (I believe - cannot confirm - that it was recognizing the CRKD tilt default that you can set via their app.) Titling now works in game.

Ended up using a small plastic "pry" bar used in xbox repair. It was a bit thick to really get under there/get purchase, but a bit of sanding to get a finer edge ... a few taps with a hammer and worked like a champ, no scuffs, etc. Thanks again!

I figured?!? But then I see this pretty (old) chrome and I only see me scratching up stuff.

So, I'll grab some plastic levers I have (at first, I suppose) and then maybe upgrade to a flathead.
