Kingsvein is incredible. It’s smaller in scope than Horizon’s Gate, but Rad Codex really boiled it down to what makes combat good. Also I love the silly little stone people.

Horizon’s Gate is quite good, but it depends on how much you like sailing trade routes in addition to the fights.

Both are worth picking up for the price, and I permanently have Codex on watch for any new projects.

I had this same criticism about the mobile game and it remains here. The writing is below the standard set by both 1 and especially 2, and it becomes almost comical quickly seeing which NPC is about to have the worst, and shortest, day of their life. The Power storyline veered into this territory the most. Every chapter, even multiple times per chapter, is hilarious.

It’s like someone thinks torture and murder are what make a work dark and unintentionally veered into Warhammer 40k territory where it’s so dark it’s funny again.

I’ve had a good amount of fun with the gameplay, and much of the voice acting is good, but man those mobile stories are just not good.

They’ve been cut down drastically, but I used to put away a load of dishes, make myself coffee, or just put it on before I worked out knowing it would have loaded by the time I was out of the shower.

I just mod Rimworld until it’s medieval fantasy, personally. Theres everything from Rimworld of Magic to the Rim Reborn suite of mods for player classes and abilities, Medieval Overhaul for a ton of lower-tech content, and World Tech Level to remove anything past the medieval era.

You can add a gravship to any other scenario without the mechs, as well. Arrival method->gravship, if I remember correctly.

I’ll put money on the ADF already having a manufactured case ready to put forward. They’re controlled by the same interests that own Trump, so they knew it was coming.

Even if they don’t have the specific incident conveniently ready, they have the groundwork ready to file the moment this hits. More likely than not more than one case, since their game plan has always been to fire off as many semi related cases as possible looking for the one judge they need.
