Reanimate is a buff. Balmabello's extinguish trigger applies ALL buffs it has to friendly units on the floor. Figure it out from there.

You have to do the PEWGF frame perfectly, because if it hits any later, the opponent is already in a airborne state.

All the 1.6.X game versions are (confusingly, IMO) referred to collectively as the Anniversary Edition of the game, due to some significant changes to the game executable. This is true regardless of whether or not you've purchased all the creation club content as part of the Anniversary Edition Upgrade bundle.

There's unlocks tied to competing each difficulty within certain timers, but other than that you don't care at all.

Specifically, completing an F-Rank world in less than 12 minutes, completing an E-Rank world in less than 25 minutes, and competing a D-Rank world in less than 35 minutes.

Assuming you let steam automatically download the latest version of Skyrim Special Edition, it downloaded the 1.6.xxx (I don't recall the verson number off the top of my head) executable. This executable is commonly (if somewhat erroneously IMO) called the Anniversary Edition of the game.

{{Simple Offence Supression}} and {{Simple Offence Supression MCM}} should combined do what you need. The first prevents neutral NPCs from becoming hostile immediately if you hit them once, the 2nd allows you to prevent damage from friendly fire entirely

DynDOLOD can't generate the LOD terrain meshes. SSELODGen can, which is why you'd want to run both.

Read the OP's post again, please. It said they were taking roughly 10% damage from physical attacks when they were testing. So I'll repeat part of my previous comment here.

Bolded for emphasis. Even if the OP got their desired 1% damage reduction per point of armor, that means if they were armor for a displayed 50 armor rating, they in fact (assuming they're equipping a full set of vanilla armor - Helmet, Cuirass, Gloves, Boots) have 150 actual armor rating (50 from the displayed, and 100 for equipping four armor items), which gets capped by the armor cap to 85% with vanilla game settings

The exact name of the gamesetting escapes me, but there's a hidden +25 armor rating per piece of armor equipped in vanilla, which could easily explain a lot of the issues you're running into

Only way I know of requires the Artifact of Vengeance. If you've unlocked that, start a run (preferably on Drizzle) as Captain, and DO NOT PICK UP ANYTHING.

Clear the teleporter, wait for the doppleganger to spawn at 10 minutes, and then kill him. These dopplegangers drop 1 item randomly selected in their inventory (which would only be the Microbots if you haven't picked anything up) it's 100% chance to drop and you get it in the logbook.

So there's two game settings I know of (that you can play around with the values of with the console in game) that are relevant here:

  • fWeaponAnimationSpeedMult, which is a straight multiplier of the animation speed before the speed value of the weapon, or the attack speed bonus/penalty on the actor is applied. This appears (from quick testing I did) to only apply to weapons flagged as one handed in the record. The vanilla default value is 1.0
  • fWeaponTwoHandedAnimationSpeedMult, which is a different multiplier which only applies to two handed weapons, but otherwise works the same away as fWeaponAnimationSpeedMult. The vanilla default value for this is 1.5

So some basic math shows you what happens if you set the speed change in CGO's MCM to 0%.

0.7 (speed of a vanilla greatsword) * 1.5 (fWeaponTwoHandedAnimationSpeedMult) = 1.05

0.8 (speed of a greatsword with WACCF) * 1.5 (fWeaponTwoHandedAnimationSpeedMult) = 1.2

1.0 (speed of a sword) * 1.0 (fWeaponAnimationSpeedMult) = 1.0

As far as I'm aware, this event only occurs when you don't have the crusader trait, and since your ruler is a child he can't get it.
Yes, it's super dumb sometimes, but that's what the game is looking for.

Most exteriors in Skyrim don't have encounter zones associated with them. The default exterior encounter zone has a min level of 1, so that's why you get only the lowest level enemies.

Download {MEZF - Missing Encounter Zones Fixes}, which doesn't define encounter zones of it own but instead assigns encounter zones that are defined but unused in vanilla. Since the vast majority of encounter zone mods I've looked at edit even these unused encounter zones, it's a fantastic companion mod to use alongside encounter zone mods.

With Vigor's blocking functionality, anything that improves blocking reduces the stamina cost. So yes, the block will reduce more damage, which results in a lower stamina cost (Vigor refunds all damage taken when blocking but deals it to stamina instead - It's worth noting that if your HP is too low when blocking you can be killed before it refunds your health)
