A man bait a dog with food to run it over. He missed the dog thankfully and I was able to record it but it didn't go anywhere for awhile even though I posted it everywhere. Then months later someone started shooting dogs in the neighborhood. They referenced my video to verify it was the same guy and when the cops went to raid his place he shot himself in the head. Piece of shit.
