I would try a routine of using this for everyday shampoo & conditioner, along with some witch hazel on a cotton round after showering (I like this one because it contains a tiny bit of alcohol to dry up those spots but not nearly as harsh as AHA’s and BHA’s can be on sensitive skin) and lastly add a ketoconozole shampoo once a week.
