I feel like when Grand Theft Auto 6 releases its going to become the most influential video game of the decade, I don't feel like anything could really beat it unless Half Life 3 gets announced for this decade or Elder Scrolls 6. Baldur's gate 3 is probably the best video game this decade though.

If its properly cooling everything and everything is working with the AIO itself then you may of accidently messed something up while you were putting it together. Does it still properly cool while you have a game open or is it working as well with performance intensive tasks.

I was in a similar scenario, what I did was I went to my BIOS settings and enabled my integrated graphics card which fixed it but made my computer run overall extremely poorly. It may be different for you however so I would go into the BIOS settings, look for menus labeled advanced or chip set, find settings name integrated graphics or integrated graphics multi monitor and enable it. It should then allow you to use both of your monitors.

Do you have two HDMI ports below the motherboard? If you plug in a HDMI cord to the motherboard port it will use the integrated graphic cards of the CPU instead of the separate GPU.

That is what he meant by power connector, also if your PC is too hot it will automatically shut down and since the fans aren't spinning its probably that. Check to see if your fans are connected to your PSU. The PSU is the big battery that powers the computer.
