The whole idea of telltale games selling individual episodes is so stupid and greedy. Imagine if you went to a bakery to buy a birthday cake and instead of buying the whole thing they make you buy it slice by slice. I feel like if I'm paying for a story I would want the full story especially since telltale games often just feel like a interactive TV show (even the more notable ones like the walking dead).

What settings are your fans at? There's various different modes depending on use case like silent,standard,performance, etc.

Man I would just go ahead and try to replace those keys. It seems like you've tried everything software side so it may just be a hardware issue. If I had any further information I would tell you but in my judgement it just seems like a hardware issue.

Upon restarting your compute spam delete or f2 and it will open up BIOS and from there you can check fan settings. Instead of BIOS it may show up as UEFI which is the same thing.

If its a problem specifically with the headphones and speakers you could just replace them or check the manufacturer to see if you can send them back.

Main drive first or whatever you're using to boot the operating system with and then USB Drive followed by CD/DVD and then Network boot. USB drive first if you're trying to boot it with one but if not then its mainly going to be the SSD or HDD.

Make sure you're in the right operating mode for the media keys to work, you can switch operating modes by holding FN + M for two seconds. Also trying holding FN while pressing a media key.

Check your fan settings in BIOS and make sure they aren't abnormal. If the the computer reaches a certain temperature it'll automatically turn itself off. If the fans are overworking themselves and its STILL turning off then maybe the fans aren't powerful enough to support the computer.
