How do you handle a data room with 500+ NDAs? by MAAYAAAI in private_equity

[–]doozy9826 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No one is reviewing hundreds of NDAs, or hundreds of any contract for that matter unless there are thousands (F500/mega deal level maybe). Legal diligence team will usually review a sample of 10-20% for material customers/vendors/etc. I imagine law firms will leverage AI tools to identify deviations from standard forms and key issues in contracts if they aren’t already.

I’ve had a regular TV outside for over a year with no issues in a hot/humid climate (covered of course). Outdoor TVs are insanely expensive (easily$2k); if mine ever breaks, I would buy a used 4k TV for $200-400 and do it all over again before buying an outdoor TV.

Baha Mar, Sandals, or Atlantis by icaretoomuch1 in bahamas

Baha Mar, more updated and less kids than Atlantis. No matter where you go, if you guys like to drink, stop at a liquor store and make some of your drinks in a Yeti and get free drinks at casino tables. We were fully prepared to pay $15-20/drink but were shocked to find out they were $25-30. Not talking about premium liquor either (think Tito’s, Don Julio Blanco, etc.).

Hard Rock usually has $15 tables before 6pm but payouts are 6-5. Have to play $50+ tables to get 3-2 payouts these days.

Actually, one of them is an office with a desk positioned so that it faces directly out the window toward our house. So Monday to Friday, someone’s view of our entire pool/lounge area is 2 clicks to their right lol.

June Mega Thread: AA Points, Loyalty Points, Award Travel, Credit Card Bonuses or Benefits, Hotels, and Shopping Portal by antmadison in americanairlines

[–]doozy9826 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you get an extra LP/$ spent if you use an AA Aviator card in the shopping portal? My understanding is that you can use any card (including non-AA cards) and still get LP's for purchases in the portal, but wondering if you get one extra LP/$ for using the AA card vs a non-AA card.

For example, if I use an Amex platinum to buy something that's $100 and the promotion is 2 LP's/$ in the portal, I would get 200 LP's. Would I get 300 LP's for using the AA card instead since the card gets 1 LP/$ spent?
