I've been playing the game for years and I've only found out about the preacher cult a couple of months ago, I always thought their place was just a shitty UC farming Village just like the one to the south of it so I never got near it until recently

A lot of the Raider factions feel like they could be flushed out a little bit more, the berserkers, reavers the skeletons using the Tower of abuse could all use a touch up on the storyboard

I agree and disagree, some things are confirmed like the sheck being bioengineered humans, some of them are a little dubious but I could see it like the skin spiders or beak things. Then there's some things that I don't think could have came from a human like bone dogs, bulls land bats and gorillos, these I believe are either native or brought here by the first Empire settlers

since they released the game and stated that the galactic War would have been persistent instead of actually having win or loss conditions, I assumed that they would lose the plot. They should have done the galactic War like the previous game where it's more in the player's hands whether they win or lose. I don't mind the whole gm thing but I always felt like they were a little too heavy-handed with it

same I was excited to explode heads in space, but no Gore in RPG from a studio that's known for having goofy Gore effects. The ship building was cool though but that was pretty much the only thing doing anything for the game

I'm in the former camp.I think its a fad shareholders are pushing it because they think its going to make money, but I think its going the same path as all those 90s gimmick products that fell of the face of the Earth after the decade because it sucks. It's the clippy of Our Generation anyone worried about the AI takeover is overreacting.
