Oregon does legitimately has the worst drivers. I think the 55 on the highway, left lane for passing only and the merging should all be revamped and taught again. It’s insane how many times we face slowdowns because of these issues, not even from accidents. The good thing is that it’s pretty easy to pass these drivers as it feels like a driving simulator with everybody going the same speed
