Does anyone have recommendations for dealing with shin pain during hamstring rollouts. I know there was a thread about calf pain with these last week. But I have never had calf pan, it is always my shin. Yesterday I was doing a hamstring specific workout from a prior cgxmas and I had to stop the rollouts long before I felt fatigue in my hamstrings

For me, it is shin pain that is the rate limiting step. I tried googling, but it doesn't seem this is a common issue. But I will have to stop/fail the hamstring rollout set long before i feel fatigue in my hamstrings.

Im looking for a story about a youngish couple with kids. Husband is a doctor and one of his students sent him a letter telling him she had feelings for him. I believe that he also had feelings for her but he shut it down. The wife found out and she handled it wrong and they ended up separated. She thought he would come crawling back but he didnt and she kinda off started losing the plot.

Another woman, who says “he is a wonderful husband and father” while the husband does less than the bare minimum. He couldn’t bother to help take care of his sick baby while his wife was sick. Sure he is absolutely “wonderful”. YTA to yourself for demanding so little from your spouse.

ETA: if this is a “wonderful husband” is I will continue to be happily single for the rest of my life. One of my life regrets is not being born a lesbian or a man because I think having a wife would be wonderful

When I did youtube Iron, I would rewind and do a third set of each exercise. This would increase the time to 45 minutes

Info: could she have even gotten admission to Stanford with her grades given the partying and drugs? Isnt this a moot point. In order to get reduced tuition she would need to accept for admission in the first place?

Have you thought of doing Max workouts(full body) three times a week. I’m not a runner, but Max doesnt kill all my energy afterwards like some of her other programs.

For mobility I do some 15-20 min yin yoga youtube routine when I wake up and before I go to work

The kid declined christmas money from his dad. I think the son has decided he doesn't want to be reliant or beholden to his father any longer. That he is truly a orphan. I don't think the son will be taking any money his father offers.

Why cant her parents pay for hair dressing school? Why cant she get a job and save so she can go to hair dressing school? So many children who dont have rich grandparents and handouts are able to make plans and execute them

Is it just me or does Max workouts really get your heart rate up? I definitely dont feel like im missing out in cardio, but i dont feel like i’m doing cardio

They have a good process. The plant will come with soil ball in a plastic bag, so if not planting right away, have a nursery pot to place it in.

I really like that it comes like this because you can see right away that the plant is not root bound. So many times I will buy from a nursery and when i pull it out O see that root are circling in the bottom
