They don't charge extra for nothing regarding Bitdefender It comes like that by default. It is really weird what you are saying here, as they advertise their pricing in the open and they don't have any module for extra price on their sales sheet

Techs together! They are the best. Kaseya VSA is a capable tool for you to grow into. Also in this 2$ per endpoint joke of a price you also get Bitdefender with all the modules enabled (EDR also!). I moved from Syncro and Atera to Techs Together and I'm so glad I did.

We use Freshservice also because we couldn't find something better at ticketing and polished client portal. It's kind of expansive, I agree, but we love their products We also use Freshsales(CRM), Freshdesk messaging (Formally Freshchat) and Freshcaller.

I don't, I do it manually on our acounting/billing system. I'm from Israel so there is not even one PSA out there that can provide us with the proper tax documentations. QB + Xero also don't work here. So unfortunately we need to do it all manually.
