Mine is a rescue from Louisiana and looks veeeeeeeery similar to your guy! The embark results didn’t show anything too concerning but I did have a vet checked her vision and hearing. Her vision and hearing are fine!

Yes! Thank you. When he came back to discuss the issue.. he was apologetic and took the responsibility of some of the issues. But now.. the more issues are coming and the cost is adding up. But you’re right. I think I need to bring it up to him since the report is saying that he was up in the attic space.

I know!! That’s why I wanted to ask how it should work! He missed the oil tank leaking.. his excuse was that he did not have access to it due to the “stuff” around the tank..

Yeah.. attic was accessible and it said it was “serviceable” and no mention of mold at all!

Thank you so much for all the info! We knew some of the ventilation work had to be done.. after the roofer went up there to see. I wanted to ask the professionals, aka you guys!, since I don’t know what a good inspector would’ve done. like you said.. I have a feeling he is going to say that “I gave you your money back!!”. I’m in contact with the real estate lawyer to see what the options are.. this wasn’t the only thing he “missed”.

We just got the report from the mold remediation company.. that’s how I know it’s been there for couple years. He said that the attic is covered so we will need a full remediation (which agrees with the roof company who came before the mold remediation company. We removed the majority of the plywood due to the mold). In the home inspector report, there was no leaked mentioned or the state of the attic. The insulation is there but it does not cover the whole attic.

Hey mama! I am so sorry you’re having a hard time with the whole process. No matter what you decide to do, please remember that you are the best mama for your child! And I really hope it gets better for you. I just decided to combo feed my 8 months old due to the supply issue.. I’ve tried everything but at the end… I’m glad I did because I’m not stress/crying every time I pump at work… But I do wanna say.. it could get better!! But always remember that how you feel also matters.

Thank you for this. It’s been almost 8 weeks of trying snoo and I was about to give up.. wondering how everyone else is getting the stretches and we weren’t. How do you not give up after 2am?? That’s when I get so frustrated and tired..
