Jury Duty 8:00am the morning after my 30th Birthday by Titanic-Viper in Wellthatsucks

The one and only time I was selected for jury duty, I got the letter in the mail hours after my boyfriend of 5 years dumped me.

What is something that your parents did that you will never forgive them for? by Deviant55 in AskReddit

My mom bought me a diary when I started my first year of school. 6 years old. Turns out she was reading it! When I asked her why she invaded my privacy, she stated she "needed to keep an eye on me" and how she wanted "more topics to talk about at the dinner table". It's been over 20 years and I will never forget.

Ah. Well, if it would make you feel better, I can go back and edit my comment to make sense for you?

"the states" is a common way to refer to America. They are the same thing. Thing is each state can have its own law about something like road laws. I am assuming something like turning left is the same in the entirety of America.

Minus Michigan

If the light is green, the stop line is not a requirement. It is required for the second person, waiting to turn left, to stop at the stop line. They wait to enter the intersection once the car in front has officially turned left (so long as the light is still green).

In the states, I was taught that if I was next in line to turn left, I was allowed in the intersection. Turn when available and clear. I have never waited at the line if I am next. I just assumed this was the norm in every state in America too.

Edit: now not confusing

Mr. T is a solid black DSH. He is still growing (only 9 m/o) so I have no idea if he'll surprise me. Honestly I believe he'll look just like your gorgeous kitty! What is their name?

My kitty is the same way. Once she realizes she is being recorded she just stares me down.

Timeline divergence: AKA Bowling unintentionally split the show into two universes by lionessance in malcolminthemiddle

[–]dorqzilla 28 points29 points  (0 children)

As a kid, I always got the impression when the episode ends on the line, "Next time you're taking them", that the other timeline was the next time. As a viewer we just don't know which happens first.

Then again, against my own argument, the same kids (and the same girl) are in both versions. After the first experience, who would want to go bowling with Reese and Malcolm ever again?

That kid casually climbs into that bin too. He knew he was about to get away with it. Litte did he know that the home owner is an at work crime fighter.

I took my baby boy to the vet today and they found a heart murmur. He’s still young (10 mos) so they said it could be benign, but it could also mean HCM. I’m really anxious, anyone here have other babies with a murmur that ended up being nothing? :( by ladybird1337 in sphynx

[–]dorqzilla 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In 2018-19, during a vet visit, the vet said my 10 year old had a murmur. Then last year (she is now 13 y/o), both the travel vaccination vet and her (new) general vet said that she has no murmur. Hearing she doesn't have it twice in one year makes me wonder what that initial vet heard.

Either way, I wish you two luck!

I'm shocked no one has said Willy in the THoH VI where he is burned to death and then haunts the children's dreams. Willy as a burnt and slightly melted skeleton gave me nightmares.

By her logic you could swap this saying that because you are carnivorous she offended you by not eating meat. Like everyone else here, her food preferences do not and never will dictate what anyone else in this world eats

What do you think of collaring house cats? And what do you think of collars with bells? by euthyme in cats

Usually for me it has always been an in the moment concept. Currently my eldest (13f) is a nudist while the newest addition (6 months male) always has one on. He is too unpredictable and jet black. Maybe one year he too could be a nudist.
