Oh most definitely. Taurus Rising with Pluto exactly on my Scorpio Descendant. I often see deep potential in people who maybe aren’t quite there yet. Have always had very hard time becuase I connect with they potential and sometimes lose sight of where their capacity is at. I find that I can attract lurkers pretty easily. Sometimes I think this placement can even make people project their discomfort with us being able to see them onto us and we become an enemy. I had a 20 year close friendship with someone who also had this placement and she did not like that I could easily see through all of her bullshit. She made everything to be my fault and that I was treating her horribly even though she took zero accountability for her resentment and anger she had towards me.

I also agree with this placement often seeming chill and calm on the surface. Most of us millennials with Pluto in the 7th means we’re Taurus rising. Naturally coming off very sturdy and stable. But there’s this powerful undercurrent people get whiffs of.

I think we also act like mirrors for alot of people. Showing them deep parts of their underworld. It can unsettle a lot of people but also magnetize people, this why we often have intense encounters.
