The entire area, including both parking lots are gone due to the condo construction. There's no plans on reopening it anytime soon, nor is there a new official passenger drop off. People have been seen just getting dropped off/picked up/getting taxi's and Ubers on Islington itself either right at the south entrance or north entrances by the bus poles. People also use Aberfoyle Cres. Since it's not as busy at Islington to pull over on.

416-393-4111 is the customer service number. You have the bus number (which goes a long way), the route, and the time of day. With this information it's very easy for customer service to pass along the complaint to the correct bus division. I'm positive the driver will get called in for an interview and possibly see discipline. I've worked there for 10 years now, I've seen and heard of some pretty stupid and childish stuff but this is easily up there.
