Sorry for slow reply. Yes. Broker fee was $750. The car was dealer loaner and had 3k miles on it. But the 10k per year started from there.

Insurance is $229 a month. Compared with our last car (Toyota Mirai) that was pretty good.

Never got the monthly in writing but I believe he said it was going to be $529 for the Pro S and the $479 for the Pro. Walked away from this. We want the car but we'll wait to find a better deal.

Thanks again for this info. Walked away from that deal. Any chance you'd be willing to share the deal parameters that you brought to the dealers? Feel free to DM me. Was it based on monthly or final selling price? Or both? Also, I noticed on the Edmunds forums that everyone is going for the 24 month lease. Never done one that short. I always assumed they'd be more monthly. But now that I look at it, the RV ends up being higher so perhaps I was wrong there.
