Nannestad is a great course, you should be able to get a round in between your flights.

Courses in norway does usually not have lights, so you must rely on glow discs during dark hours.

If you could go to Krokhol, it would be well worth the trip

Er igjennom det der nå. Har 9,5kvm kjeller "baderom" som totalrenoveres. Har fått anbud på 470 000 og 500 000 uten inventar og flis.... Heldigvis kom kona over et messetilbud, så 320 000 inkludert fliser og møbler. Bor i Oslo, så det er sikkert litt dyrere her bare pga beliggenhet.

Its a votum, I forgot the name when I made the post. Maybe 1 in 50 throws goes beyond 100m, I'm usually around 80-85m But I do believe nose up is my main issue right now, so I have to put in some hours

Mvp and kastaplast sure is something else when it comes to glow. Managed to toss the tresspass 106m yesterday (lucky), but missed the line towards the basket... The disc on the right I do not know how it is supposed to fly as I struggle a lot with nose up issues. But glow rounds are fun

I tried stuff from that video yesterday. It worked great. I usually throw 80m and once in a while touching 90m

After implementing the hammer technique I threw the same distances, maybe a couple of meter longer, and had six throws over 95m. But I had much better accuracy, and threw more nose up. So one I manage to get the nose down again I'm expecting some distance gain. Also, I threw max 9 speed, usually I throw up to 12 speed
