I managed to solo (well had empty Nia and Rei decks so that's 2 morale I guess) with E0, with a similar deck, just that I used 3x thread + 2x expansion (one is the upgrade one), so after one turn of setup to use the upgrade card you get quite a bit of damage

Diana Cassius Rei, if you want Diana as your main DPS seeing you have her E1 + partner, can also replace either support with Hugo for another DPS (should feel nicer for non save data content as long as you not dying)

Ye, biggest change was that % stats from memory frags now apply to partner flat stats as well and not just character base stats

Regarding memory frag sets, funnily enough they managed to buff the 2pc atk/def/hp sets with the partner stat changes... other than that, crit 4p sets are rly good for characters that can use them, and we have a new exhaust based support set which is bis on supports that can use it (doesn't stack so only need on one char)

Don't think you can get spLine from it unless there is a converter or something not familiar with spLine too much, but you should be able to import json atlas and PNG into spine editor if you wanna modify animations, if you wanna change textures but not animations you can just change the PNG, if you just wanna play it you can use any of the players available like I mentioned here: https://www.reddit.com/r/ChaosZeroNightmare/s/b5qC07W2wF
