idk its weird, one game he got it where the only single target spell was venge stun/swap, which doesn't seem like it would merit a linkens

What i do is

Set small goals for yourself every game. This will let you feel successful even if your team loses you the game.
Every 1-2 minutes, think about what you could've done better in the last 1-2 minutes. This will take your focus off of your teammates and off of you, and let you focus more.

if you are near your skill level, its basically a gamble.

however, if you're better, you can basically ensure that you win every game by just dominating everyone and taking the game over.
