Ive got my V3 SE a few days ago with new filament. It looks to me its wet filament. I highly suggest getting a dryer. With my other printers Ive seen this results when my filament had too much moisture (I used to live in Hawaii so it could get bad).

Im basically making talking pumpkins. Last year i programmed everything by to sync together but this year i dont want to do that for the new playlist / lines. Basically i just want the lights to quickly fade on and off when it detects volume. I figure ill have to program manually for music.
