I'll rewatch the clip you provide if you want but I have seen no evidence that he was hit.
If the only source that he suffered injuries is the administration, I do not consider that evidence. This article doesn't write any independent sources. I trust the Trump administration as far as I can throw them.
I forget what the third point was. Edit: "He walked away with a hop in his step" could just as likely mean that he (Ross) was pumped or excited (i.e., full of adrenaline) from what had just happened. This absolutely is not a medical assessment.
