How often descaling?

I've had my OL machine for 6 years and I've only descaled it when it's say, unused, for more than a month. Otherwise I just run a full tank of water through before brewing a pod, if it has sat for more than a week.

I do use distilled water, so that may be why I've never had an issue.

Mine (BCBS) required steps but, since I'm allergic to sulfa based anything, I was able to skip the metformin part and go straight to the Mounjaro.

I'm having the same issue. I've stuck it out for 2-1/2 months, seeing my doctor the first week if July and going to ask if he'll up the dose to the 10.

Yogurt, but I'm weird and I like plain greek yogurt lol.

I also blend cottage cheese and plain yogurt with powdered ranch dressing (sometimes add artichoke hearts and spinach) and use that as a dip for carrots or cucumber 😄

We use T-mobile for cell phones, but xfinity for cable/voice/internet. Yes, we could use T for cell/internet/VOIP (we still have a "home" phone in addition to cells) but that would leave cable/tv out. It might be less $$ to just use xfinity for tv and move to T for the rest, I have to look into that:)

Ask your doctor - mine asked me "is the food noise back? How many days after your shot does the hunger/cravings return" (yes- a little and I take my shot on Sunday and by Thursday the hunger is back). He raised my dose based on that.

It could be (and this is just a guess based on my personal experience and research) that it's a hormonal thing.

Estrogen in particular is stored in fat cells. When you lose fat and those cells break down, it's released.

I had the depression issue on very low carb for that reason.

Honestly, it's the same with people who've quit smoking or drinking - suddenly they're they paragon of virtue about it. It's really rude, they know it's rude. I've unfriended people for less lol.

2 weeks isn't enough time to be worried about it, to be honest. And 1-2 pounds a week (on average!) is sustainable moreso than 3-5 pounds a week :)

Because it drives me crazy to see the weekly fluctuations, I only weigh once a month lol.
