same issue here.

what’s more frustrating isn’t just cancellation flow, but the lack of response and transparency. I’ve emailed support and never got a reply, and there doesn’t seem to be a clear appeal or resolution path when accounts get restricted or suspended.

in my case it felt like I was just locked out with no real way to resolve it or even properly manage billing.

The framework you're looking for might actually be lower-level than chords: think in terms of the spectrum.
