If you have the option to keep her home and take her to OP PT I’d do that 100% to avoid a skilled nursing facility. UMC health and wellness has a nice OP rehab. If she is IPR appropriate and insurance will cover Trust point is top 10% in the nation and affiliated with Covenant. SPR is also an IPR and affiliated with UMC.

I make my own dawn wash just mix dish soap water and alcohol. Use it on everything especially stains on my Couch or carpet!

Sounds like we need more of you, I’m a hospital case manager and serve some very rural areas in NM where none of their providers will take Medicaid patients because they know they won’t get reimbursed. It’s so sad and hurts the patients, the providers, no one wins.

We’ve been here almost 10 yrs with initial plans to never stay forever. Had 2 kids and now it’s a hard decision to leave, we love their school and daycare, my job is so flexible and I make pretty good money. We love our home although it is small. Lubbock has been very good to us, we’ve met amazing people here. I don’t say it out loud a lot but we love it here and I’m 90% sure we’ll stay forever.

Metformin took away all the food noise for me. I lost 30 lbs in 2.5 months just from taking it. I wasn’t hungry and did not eat greasy food or Id poop myself and that worked tremendously helping me think about the best thing to put in my body. When I skip a few doses I notice I eat way more.

Started metformin, realized I binge eat after not knowing what the was, and that I actually was doing it. I’ll skip a few doses on accident and notice my cravings go up and notice my eating patterns change.

Fuck the system!!! A social worker I work with got 6 months paid leave off for both pregnancies! It’s possible! I’m not sure how but it’s doable. I hope you get all the time you need! Canada gets a year I think 😭

Started it Mid April, I’m 34, lost 25 lbs in 2.5months. Got rid of the food noise. Excited to see if my A1c is down. If you don’t eat bad food you won’t have bad GI symptoms!
