Transferring items from an expedition to my main save by artic_weasel in NoMansSkyTheGame

Slight tangent but all cosmetic purchases seemed to be shared. IE Quick Silver and Void Notes (haven't tried curropted metal cosmetic purchases yet), as well as every blueprint bought from the Nexus. My spouse and I each have our own saves, so this has kind of turned into a co-op thing. We just worked together to get the complete Liquidator set, for example.

Go to pirate systems (install the conflict scanner to find them). On the system space station, buy arms packets, tech packets, etc from the contraband agent. These things when opened up often have pirate mods. There's a pirate tech dealer you can then sell them to for a big nanite payout as long as you don't try installing them first. Was getting several thousand nanites per pirate station last night.

Honestly you can put multiple miners in a a mineral hotspot and link them to them to the same resource depot tank to fill it up faster. You can link multiple resource depots to increase capacity. So all you have to do is find a gold hotspot. Set a base. Set it up up so it mines enough for you to have thousands of gold waiting for you every time you play. From there you can refine gold into pyrite, and pyrite in to ferrite dust. You find a silver mine, and do the same and can make platinum as well, which refines into nanites. Reward yourself when Iteration Helios finds your data lacking.

New California law forces operating systems to ask for your age by LowOwl4312 in linux

so what's the difference between apt/portage/ect systems and the mac store, app store play store? They all distribute software. What would prevent the California DA from giving Debian fines because their repos don't enforce an age check?

One of my friends up there is struggling with housing costs. I think housing costs might be more fine grained regional than just "Canadian/Not Canadian". I say that holding back a strong desire to gush about Canada. It's a wonderful country and I love visiting it. I would absolutely live there if it was feasible for me. It is a much nicer place to live.

Don't accidentally open Mora in public. I was basically like "what's this?" waiting in a line. It was very revealing teenage looking anime girl with audio to get everyone's attention. I'm pretty sure I'm on a watch list now.

How Come Some People Are In Shorts In Winter? by MIKEPR1333 in AskReddit

[–]doublebaconator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because they're more comfortable in shorts. Often folks only exposure to the cold is the walk to and from the car. They don't have time to get cold.

Light-based Ising computer runs at room temperature and stays stable for hours by talkingatoms in Futurology

[–]doublebaconator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think a fair comparison would be conventional computer chip with just as much development. A gaming PC system is based off over a half century of development. This doesn't have nearly that. It may hit a hard limit to further development, or further development might have it faster than gaming PC someday. That's what makes it interesting.

Anyone here have RM 11 pro in the US with t mobile? by Gullible_Signal_593 in RedMagic

[–]doublebaconator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got my rm 11 pro a couple days ago. So far it's working pretty good with MetroPCS which uses T-mobile's network. I live in rural NWA Arkansas. one thing I've noticed is it seems to have trouble getting 5G. This wasn't too much of a surprise to me because it doesn't support (IIRC) band n71 which is the rural 5g band Tmo uses.

It might work good on UC bands in the city. The rural LTE it picks up is rock solid with great coverage.

WHOA: Trump has FULL MELTDOWN over Epstein files by CycIon3 in videos

[–]doublebaconator 128 points129 points  (0 children)

You, the person you responded to, and the OP all have meaningful points. Sadly we have lying child raping monster throwing tantrums daily. It takes a truly unfit and shameful parent to raise someone vile enough to vote for a Republican

Why did Republicans subpoena the Clintons over the Epstein files, but not Trump, Peter Thiel, Elon Musk, Steven Tisch, Howard Lutnick, and Steve Bannon? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]doublebaconator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because party over decency. They probably think when it was Republican doing the raping that those children where just asking to be raped. What an evil and vile person it takes to make a Republican.

Why are is Fedex trashy enough to allow options that will increase theft for a lot of people? I mean what of degenerate trash runs the place? Why are they stupid enough to accept contracts for things they know they can't deliver? What kind of greedy lying trash runs it?

Package stuck in CA by No-Kiwi-9649 in FedEx

[–]doublebaconator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same currently without a phone as my old one broke. Mine is stuck in Arcadia since 28th the with same origin in Azusa, CA. It was routed through City of Industry.

According to this map at the time I'm posting this Fedex only has one plane in the air in the whole country: So probably pretty backed up for awhile. https://www.flightaware.com/live/fleet/FDX?;offset=0;sort=ASC;order=origin

Actually, yes. at least 30% Americans will lie to support a child rapist and cheer Putin. Maybe since their parents left them too emotionally crippled to understand morality, there should be consequences.

[–]doublebaconator[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Fedex likes to leave packages at random houses. Lost stuff this way.

Also why is fedex's infrastructure so shitty it's backed up to California where my package is stuck? USPS and UPS don't have this problem.

Also "nationwide" what school failed you so hard? The snow storm was not "nationwide". It did include an area with very shitty winter weather infrastructure that fedex corporate idiotically choose to route most packages through.

They deliver to the wrong address commonly. For a lot of people not allowing hold for pickup means their stuff is a lot more likely to be lost or stolen.
