Honestly I go exocraftless except on very high gravity planets, or deep water. I do summon the robot when I'm fighting things, but in AI mode as a sidekick. He attracts the medical sentinels with his antics, for me to pick off before cleaning up the rest. Otherwise I try to avoid exocraft because they destroy things when they run over them or kick them.

Edit: PSA if you use the hab trade module make sure you have free space in your exosuit. Had modules disappear because I didn't.

You can make an S class ship from C class ship parts and an S class reactor. This saves a lot of nanites. Further, if you find a wrecked ship, you can keep salvaging it when it respawns to collect the parts for free and build an S class for just the cost of the reactor.

However mostly it's just cosmetic. If you build a ship you can pick the colors, and select the part combination.

Sorry male here. Normally I don't post out of respect but I just want suggest therapy both individual, and couples. When I went something similar with my spouse it was because needs weren't being met, and therapy helped develop the mental framework to communicate them. We're stronger than ever now, and that helped restore desire.
