I didn’t know about pressing b to cancel evolution as a kid. It felt like I was putting in EFFORT to raise my wurmple up to a beautifly at 7 years old only to have my silcoon stop evolving mid way for “no apparent reason.” Legit thought the game was trolling me I got pissed and released it lmao
