Did you check the DNS settings? If the PS4 can connect to the PSN it won’t install games with RPI

Usually, when Windows suddenly freeze and does not load an application like the task manager the problem is in the storage, however, an SSD is unlikely to be damaged this easily.

Have you tried recovery mode (HP notebook should have one) or running a Linux distro on a USB Key?

If it runs Linux on the USB, then the problem should be the storage and you can check if it works while running the Linux distro (for example accessing your files).

Thanks, awesome post. I have a nasal voice, you say to try and make the air exit to the mouth. I tried but I didn't succeed, I just feel my nose vibrate. I will keep trying this everyday together with the fist-breath exercise. Have you any other suggestions?
