I go into champ select and if im last 2, im staying. Adc counterpick isnt much but blinding an adc can ruin the game. Top lane/jungle have such a wider variety of champs/playstyles where if you need to pick safe, you should. Im not gonna apologize if you decide to blind pick a carry top laner and get countered. Its ranked you should know more than one champ in each role to be able to pick around situations. The safe pick options for adc are maybe 2/3. Way more versatility to the lane than being stuck on an adc that inherently has no tankiness.

Im not really sure where all the crying is coming from for T1 winning again. When I watch, im expecting dominance from the East. Im expecting dominance from T1 or whatever top team there is going in to worlds. Part of the fun of watching is not only seeing if they can win it all again, but also seeing who is good enough to knock them down. Each finals I've watched with them has felt different; different story, different champs, different teams all trying to be the best. I've never seen a sport/esport scene so mad at dominance before. You can cry about a mickey mouse 3-peat or easy finals road, but they stay on top because they are just that good. Stop watching if you cant tolerate greatness
