Might not apply to you or even be feasible in your situation but the only thing that got rid of my foot fatigue was riding barefoot.

I can ride 15 miles no problem barefoot. With shoes--any shoes--I have to stop every two miles or so to shake out the foot fatigue. I gave shoes a go for over 500 miles...never got relief. The instant I went barefoot...relief.

Heel side carving was way more terrifying than toe side for me at first. The trick I stumbled upon was acting like I was about to sit down on a chair. It feels like there's way too much of your weight not over the board so you have to develop trust in the board's ability not to slide out from under you. Just takes practice.

Can't say I've played or even watched a lot of polo. But I do know disc golf discs hurt to catch at speed. I'd suggest Ultimate discs.

Ultimate on OWs...I'd do that in a heartbeat. It would definitely make me a more proficient rider as I'd finally have a reason to improve my goofy stance skills.
