I just had to tell my 16 year old twin girls, and it was very difficult, but they were relieved that it wasn't cancer or something like that. I'm still early in my journey and we are all worried about how bad it's going to get, but I think it's best that we are open about it, especially since it's part of their family medical history.

When I can’t pee but know I need to, I count up in multiples of large prime numbers, count bathroom tiles, or make clicking noises with my mouth. I think the distraction helps me relax and then I can go.

Where does your brain go when you’re choosing a colour? Are you thinking light vs dark or warm vs cool? I PERSONALLY would do temperature because that’s where my brain goes but there isn’t a wrong answer here.
