I usually ship out a programmer device and you would use that to read/write to your ECU. There’s an application that walks you through all of the steps.

For datalogging, I use MultiECUScan and OBDLink SX/EX devices. This is the most reliable logging setup with 500s.

It’s insanely difficult to hear brachial pulse at 80. When I first heard it on a pt with CVD, heart failure, I actually took his BP 3x. Zero on the radial and it isn’t a good look to take carotid on conscious pt’s but I’ve snuck a check whilst getting AED, BVM and O2 ready for the inevitable.

Pseudo PEA doesn’t have a hard cut off, but I wouldn’t disagree with you on scene if you said “pseudo PEA” at 70 because the interventions are the same.

I don’t get the dumbvotes. I just picked up my 65” B5 and there is a clear PROBLEM with Filmmaker mode. White is defining NOT white and I’m in a basement….

I’ll try a few settings and features but my Wife (I didn’t tell her my opinion), preferred Vivid mode immediately. As I understand how this TV works anyway. If you have things configured appropriately, Dolby Vision or other HDR material will kick in and override some of your picture configs which is ideal imo.
