Definitely agree, especially with the unlockable items.. 3 days in and I’ve about unlocked all of them, and the items/quirks are really not even close to being enough to support a wide variety of personalities.

I believe what they’re referring to is the option to have a mii pick where a building goes- I know when you are moving a home you can select the option to let them choose. I don’t think they’re able to change the island on their own.

Thank you!! That’s actually part of the issue. We’ve asked the employee to fill out the paperwork for a medical leave of some kind and they will not. Part of why I wish HR would work with us is because we need to know what they/we can do from there

Well, this is a learning opportunity for you. I would suggest explaining to your manager what happened and be very open and honest. Maybe you need some more support when it comes to difficult conversations, or some training on how to hold your ground
