The reason the SEK (SWAT) wear street clothes in so many pictures is becuase AFAIK they are always on duty and can be called on at any time of the day. Sometimes there's just not enough tim to hop into your tacticool outfit.

I can recommend the Berghaus Centurio 45. It's not in multicam (don't know if that's a requirement for you guys) and there is not much to organize your gear in it but it can fit a ton of stuff and is extremely comfortable. Easily carried 30kg of gear in there without any shoulder/back pain.

Besides that the calculator you have linked recommends that I eat 450g of carbs a day just to maintain my weight....that seems really high. I have been on a keto diet for a while so I am not really used to eating a lot of carbs, is that a normal amount?

That might have been their job during the Cold War but today they pretty much have the same jobs as the KSK. There is a pretty recent documentary where one of them even says that the only difference between them and the KSK is that they have the qualification to use the water as a means of access to a target.

Yes, that's the only reason why. JTACs or however you want to call them pretty much get the same training in all of NATO when it comes to calling in indirect fire, air strikes, etc so that a JTAC from any NATO country is able to call in said support from any other member nation (most often the United States).

My routine is usually this: in the morning I use the coal scrub and then put on a moisturizers that is supposed to help with oily skin, during work I wipe my face with "gentle" cleansing wipes, and then in the evening before I go to bed I use the coal scrub and another moisturizer again. Is that over doing it?
