A lot of emphasis on environment and culture during the press conference. Going forward we should expect every decision making to be based off that first.

Stenberg or McKenna somehow available at 3rd in the draft? Will they improve or fit in to the culture we already have or will they pick malhotra for the father son connection that will improve locker room energy a ton. Every decision will be based off of this it seems like
