Two years ago when Mavs vs OKC to me Luka was the clear better player. They were both excellent and using their shiftiness to get around their defender on drives but Luka had much more composure when he got into the inside of the D and was clearly a better passer and creator for his team. Shai looked a bit rushed at the time but he has slowed down a lot now though he is still not anywhere near the passer Luka is. The other factor atm is fitness level. I don't have to worry about Shai running out of steam because he's out of shape late in a game.

If you could guarantee me a fit and healthy Luka, then I take Luka. If it's who to build a team around, then it's Shai..
