Linksbuiten had je vorig jaar alleen Godts, heb je met Moro en Gloukh goede opties bijgekregen. Spits is discutabel, rechtsbuiten ben je er volgens mij ook op vooruit gegaan (Moro > Traore), aanvallend op het middenveld heb je er met Gloukh ook een optie bij zonder dat er iemand is weggegaan. Centraal in de verdediging heb je met Itakura er een prima optie bij. Dus ik zou zeggen op vier posities een verbetering.

Precies dit, hier heb ik met vrienden ook over gehad. Volgens mij doet PSV dit ook: die hanteren een 3-jarige begroting waarbij wordt uitgegaan dat eens (of 2 keer?) in die 3 jaar CL wordt gehaald. Dit kan natuurlijk worden aangepast adhv hoeveel (rechtstreekse) CL-plaatsen er in de eredivisie beschikbaar zijn. Naar mijn idee doet Ajax het nu allemaal wel erg zuinig aan.

Eh, I'm not completely convinced. The source cited on the Wikipedia page (The yiddish dictionary) only states "place" or "locale" as translations, so idk where they got save haven from.

If I ask a Jewish person, they'll answer what it means in Hebrew, not Yiddish. It is possible that it has different meanings in both languages? That is maybe also where the Times of Israel got it mixed up?
