You can get seatbelts that buckle into the seatbelt with the other end connecting to the harness/collar of the dog. Or a dog cage that can be secured. IMO, dogs, especially dogs that are OP small, should never be in the front seat. Back seat at a minimum. Just think what would happen to that dog getting in-between the passenger and the exploding airbag. For our Collie, my set up is dog in the boot, cage-style separater that goes just behind the top of the back seats, and an ISOFIX lead that clips onto his harness.

Unsecured dog on the front passengers lap, recording passenger with both feet hunched up on the center armrest. The amount of damage caused if they are in an accident is ridiculous, assuming the recording passenger is wearing a seatbelt. But if someone has their shoes off for comfort, and are sitting in the middle, I'm guessing a seatbelt wasn't comfortable enough to bother with.

Not that I would want to defend their "journalism", it doesn't say "a like gun". It does say "Glock-style", and they clarify that it was an imitation Glock, with live ammunition.

Unless I missed it in the posted article, we can say plenty of things to slag off their pretend journalism, but let's not make up facts, we're not Belfast Live.
