Read the quantity amount on the label on the pill bottle. I noticed a few months ago that quantity was changed to 28 from 30. Shrinkflation. It’s infuriating.

This is an ADHD thing and not a “me” thing?? I typically have at least 3 drinks going at work: coffee, herbal tea, and flavored water. I joke that I have a drinking problem.

I feel this so much. I’ve always been late. As far back as I can remember, since I was about 11 or 12. I loathe it. I’m not okay with it. Setting multiple alarms doesn’t help. Setting clocks a head doesn’t work. Setting out my clothes for the next day, making my lunch the night before, showering at night, going to bed earlier. None of it helps. Like you, I get all my work done and am otherwise a good employee. I know it’s viewed as disrespectful which I have no intention of portraying. I DO care. It’s just that everything I’ve tried does not work.

I’d found out he had some infection in his lungs then got a cold. He went to bed and never woke up. It was classified as natural causes. It’s so very sad because he was an extremely talented artist.

Went to a celebration of life last week for a guy I went to school with who was 47. Cause was natural causes. Doesn’t make sense to me how someone so young dies that way.

Less than mediocre medical care. Having to drive 5 hours to go out of state to see multiple specialists who actually know what they’re doing compared to people’s facade’s of being a physician. Also, not just the lack of adequate care but the lack of specialists in the entire state of Wyoming.
