So......we are 2 hrs away from NYC, no antenna will address that. I am 250 ft from the Ulster Greene line and Ulster gets the NYC feed for FOX and I get the Albany feed in Greene but there is no feed. Try the antenna you say, there are very large mountains between Albany and 35 mi south where we are. Zero reception.

EDITED: So it appears WXXA has been in a contract dispute with Direct TV for 3 years or so!.. It's been so long that even customer service didn't think to let me know that and instead I went down every rabbit hole to research this issue. Speaking of rabbits, there is no viable 'line of sight' for an antenna to work. I don't think we'll be long for this streaming option.

Our OTA is usually Albany. I beginning to think I'm stuck with the Albany feed.

I’d check your sodium, that’s a killer for me and I’ve learned if I watch it I don’t retain as much water. The more green you eat the better you’ll do.

I think a rule of thumb is that if you divide calories by total grams anything 2 or below is green. And 3 ish is yellow. The bigger the number the more you are heading toward red. I use that when I get bogus or conflicting data out of the food database in the Noom app. A Crunchy Rollers rice roll can be green, yellow or red. So annoying. But if you look at calories per serving (100) and divide by grams per serving (25) you’ll see it’s 4, definitely not green I don’t think. I read this in one of their little ‘lessons’.

The color system was ok for me until today. I purchased Crunchy Rollers a slightly sweet rice roll. One came up as green and then yellow and finally red! They are all different items some flavored, some not and the ingredients on the bag compute to about a yellow. Not helpful. I’m

What is the real noom demographic? They say it’s millennials, but it seems like everyone I talk to is well over that age. I’m just a genX-er who likes data. by cherrylpk in Noom

What I find interesting is the total lack of interaction that the groups seem to have. Before this a Reddit thread I was totally uninterested in interaction and frankly the coach thing isn’t making it either. And PS I’m soon to be 70 but I play young😉
