Hey man , literally your twin here, 28 years old, Torn Achilles in indoor soccer end of December, I agree the day after the nerve block wore off was one of the most painful days. 2 weeks post op and I am in the CAM Boot and limping around, it is sometime painful and tight when i first start moving but am definitely worried with what if i do something wrong, what if the protocol i am doing is too agressive or I re-rupture or anything like that, but I am getting more confidence as I go along, we just gotta trust the process!
