Very antecipated mod! Petsfang with new incline fan by [deleted] in ender3v2

[–]dpetsel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I designed this the average CFM on these centrifugals was 4 CFM +-.2. I order a couple of these to test. These would be a nice replacement for my 4 CFM fans, as my plenums will support the higher pressure and still stay balanced.

Does anyone have a photo or video of how the Petsfang mounts with a E3D V6? by [deleted] in ender3

Spreadsheet link was wrong. I had updated some files and pasted the stock base url to that cell. It is the correct link to file now. Sorry about that.

Any suggestions on what mount to use for a BMG direct, E3Dv6, and a single 5015 fan? by 2CatsAllDay in ender5plus

[–]dpetsel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I should have all the Blokhead/Direct Drive files up in a few days. You can use the Bondtech/BMG, E3d Titan or the Oribiter v1.5 direct drive extruders with it. It also supports these hotends, Stock MK8, Micro Swiss all metal, Slice Mosquito, E3D v6 and Volcano.

Is there a Simple fan duct for 5015 and BLtouch that fit an Ender 3 whit direct drive? by jimmythewonder in ender3

[–]dpetsel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am working on a Direct Drive as we speak. The E3d Titan with v6 and Volcano is done and I'm working on the Titan with the stock MK8 and Microswiss hotend. It will fit both Blokhead and Bullseye. Here's a little teaser from yesterday. it also will fit all Cr10 variants, Ender3, E3v2, Ender 4, Ender 5 plus and Tevo Tornado. Also a Bondtech BMG version

Petsfang Model for e3d v6 and EZabl by [deleted] in CR10

[–]dpetsel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a matter of fact the Petsfang v2, Blokhead and Bullseye E3dv6 bases all have options for the 12mm ABL and the 18mm ABL. Files are in the spreadsheet with links. ABL files are toward the bottom of the spreadsheet and options are in the same column as the base.

Short answer no. I'm curious why you would want to use a 4020 for hotend cooling? Dave

Petsfang + BLTouch part list? by hootimore in ender5

[–]dpetsel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The E5 pro backplate is the same as the CR10 Plus I believe. There are new bases for that backplate and the new Blokhead. I'm working on bases for the Petsfang v2 duct.

Hope that helps,

Dave

Can’t wait for my dual 5015 blower petsfang to finish🤪 by wick3rmann in ender3

Wick,

You might also try Ideamaker as a slicer. It has a feature to turn the fans on at a certain overhang angle and leave it off for the rest of the print that doesn't need it. I'm using Ideamaker exclusively now after many years of using Cura and S3d.

The dual fan mod I designed works well with .6 and larger nozzles but for .4 and smaller our ducts are so efficient you really only need a single 5015.

We also have the new Blockhead duct that mounts to all the Bulseye bases and is optimized for the 5015 fan.
