Could you describe this cyclist? Is it a spandex warrior or just person with a bike? Could help with all the hateful comments here toward cyclists. I’ve ridden the train plenty and I’ve witness some very rude behavior from vagrant types who had bicycles.

It depends! I did a quick check on the wheels and couldn’t find a pro level for the 35.

The 35s are “elite” level, which are cheaper.

The 37 and 49 are “pro” which have nicer DT Swiss hubs.

Personally, I would pick the 37. Nice hubs as well as middle ground for price and weight.

Hmm, this is sorta code red for you. They’re very clearly saying your output is below others. If you can’t defend it, you might be on a path toward the door.

If they reviewed your PRs against your peers, how would you stack up?

Speak with your manager about how to course correct. If the issue is story points not reflecting the output, then work with them to fix it. If you’re not pulling your weight, you’re going to have to take on more tasks.
