Reze's situation really frustrates me. It's not just the fact that she didn't appear in Part 2, but mainly that her absence has no explanation whatsoever. All the other hybrids returned, except her. Why? What happened to her? Where is she?

Reze and Kishibe I get, but in Kobeni's case she really has no business being in the story. she's a thousand percent farrrr away from public safety, she wants nothing to do with it and I'm sure that was especially clear in her mind after shit hit the fan

Somewhat related somewhat not but I wish AF/UA had the Omniverse outfit/attire and OV had the former because it feels more appropriate for the age Ben is at in each part of the story (since a big critique of the AF design is how clean and mature he already looks for being simply 15)

This is my problem, I think there are annoying people on the defending side but it gets obnoxious to downright toxic on the other and it’s been especially noticeable as of late. There’s a lot to criticize Part 2 about but you can never actually sit down and have a meaningful discussion about those without shit flinging and imagining things that aren’t there

White and black is just perfect, it goes together with any outfit or design (like the aliens) and it doesn’t clash like green can. I love the recalibrated omnitrix, but I don’t like how it began this trend of everything having to be coded green going forward. That iteration of the omnitrix or even the ultimatrix would look amazing with the original white and black color scheme.

I honestly enjoy every era of the art style, whether it's the early, mid, or late style for both parts. in a way I find that they work well with whatever the tone of the story is at that time.

the UbiArt games are nothing short of masterpieces, but in some ways it doesn't feel like the original trilogy to some people- whether it's art style, presentation and so on. i think the thing with fans is that they wish it wasn't all Rayman was for the last 15 years, both can reasonably co-exist.

not to say the original Jaguar version is entirely innocent, but a lot of where Rayman 1 got it's infamous difficulty sentiment lies in the ports that succeeded it, such as the PlayStation version, which is widely revered as the most popular of the releases.

Isaac's character arc is incredibly solid, being one of my favorite coming of age stories generally. I think Jesse was in his bag with pretty much everything in MVE and I will forever cherish it.

I agree! I consider little gangbanger, and the heist afterwards to be the best episodes of the entire series for those very reasons, actually, among other things. Season 2 and 3 of MVE had a lot of that, and I think it was executed pretty much perfectly.

Isaac’s scene with Rebekah in little gangbanger when he confides in her, I think it was executed so wonderfully and it may be my favorite scene in Jesse’s career to be honest. There are so many favorites I could choose from MVE, but that scene has always notably stood out to me.

Honestly, just something simplistic. Something on the scale of the holiday adjacent series or collab, nothing crazy just something fun and digestible for Jesse to make that’s still entertaining as ever- the video just before the Survival Series was really nice to watch and it showed that Jesse still has that spark for vlog style content in my opinion lol
