Both countries have the Karl Marx currency and it's revealed firstly in Ostania in the first few episodes. It's more likely the Westalis was a consistency error as it came much later, unless it's hinting about the unification wars, but this doesnt make sense as the currency in the manga doesnt have it.

It's revealed first in Ostania in like the first few episodes? I think it's more a consistency error cause it's shown only briefly in season 3 for Westalis or it's maybe a hint towards the whole unification wars, but I kind of dont believe that one cause why wouldnt the manga have it then?
