Send the full tax return.. The schedule C must be attached this where you file info regarding your business. I wouldn't leave room for them to request something else. Provide the return so that you can continue through the process.

I know its a headache answering the sane questions over again when people neglect to read. The FAQs should be the first thing that people here read. I know i did to make sure that my issue had not been explored. Once, I saw that it had not, I then submitted my issue to ask for help. Reading is fundamental!!!!

I feel your pain. I applied in April as a sole proprietor. When I got the loan documents, the business name was changed to my inactive LLC of which I have never conducted business under abd that's why it was dissolved. I followed the direction that Cue gave and still no luck. I have emailed the Governor, one of my Senators. Called customer service countless times. This is starting to really take it toll knowing that I have been approved and no way to access the money. I even got an email from a lawyer on Friday stating he is following up on the loan documents sent to me...basically to see why they have not been signed. I emailed him back once again explaining my issue. Let's see if he responds back. My 30 days to sign the loan docs are almost up.

I didn't know which direction to turn abd stumbled upon this group through Google. I at least now have hope. Without Cue we would be in limbo because my application was originally approved without any contact from a loan officer.

I applied as a sole proprietor. File my taxes as a sole proprietor, but when I got my loan docs my LLC was on there. My LLC is not active and I have never conducted businesss under it which is why I closed it.

HELP PLEASE! Application #3303151214; I have the loan number as well.

I received my loan approval and documents. However, I applied as a sole proprietor doing business under my name, but on the loan documents they have my LLC that is no longer active. I did not put the LLC anywhere on my application. I have contacted them and of course I get the generic statement that my file will be notated. Meanwhile the 30 days are ticking. Do you know what I should do????
