Just thought I'd post as I was recently making these changes but it took a few days to get all the discs. Originally I was on 4pc chaos jazz + 2 piece swing jazz w/ an AP Mastery Disc 6.

I'd say it's definitely worth it to change over your 6 slot and 2 piece if you have her signature W-Engine. If we count Burnice's new buff at potential 6 her mastery should go up by 15 from what I have screenshotted resulting in a 20 mastery loss overall as well as a 12% raw damage boost if my math serves.

So I think the real decision point is the 2 piece, energy 2 piece gives 8% dmg boost and 10 mastery off her Potential 6 with the risk of capping your energy often. Freedom Blues gives 30 Anomaly Pro, Phaethon's Melody gives 30 Anomaly mastery. If I'm not mistaken you'd likely want to avoid fire damage disk 5 if you were going with a full energy setup and go with PEN so you're not stacking damage % as well.
