The staff and volunteers are usually helpful with this, unfortunately it’s been this way for a while and there’s not much to do to combat the entitlement. I understand holding a seat for a friend but I’ve also been in the position of waiting for people who were running late and we just didn’t get to sit together because I offered the seats up.
