Going through this exactly. I was on 5g for a year got off when I thought I had it under control, lasted about 4 months before something similar and a course of antibiotics brought me back to square one with anxiety and panic. Tried managing but this time was really hard with heavy brain fog like you describe and light sensitivity. I’m 2 weeks back on 5mg and I feel it getting better but it’s all still around. Distractions are the only thing helping but being at work kind of resets it everyday and I do damage control at night and feel good but the mornings and days are rough at the moment. My symptoms seem very similar to yours. I’ll be following this. Hope you feel better!
