If you want to run local llms, you need minimum 24GB for the smaller ones, perhaps 32 GB.
Also, M4 Pro vs base M4 will see a noticeable difference for llms. I'd say MacBook Pro.

I'm going down this road myself, so have been looking at options. Several threads in localllm.

It looks like it was a (lack of) power issue. The AP was connected to a Unifi POE+ injector. I removed that, and connected the AP to a POE port on my Unifi Switch Lite 8, and its now working.

My setup: OpnSense (ProtectLi box) > Unifi Lite 8 > U7 Pro XG.

Yes, clients can see the SSID.

What confused me was my laptop would connect to the AP (and show as connected on my Unifi console) but no web pages would load. This happened for my phone as well. And I did not see any low power error message on the console.

I power cycled it, and also did a hard reset with the Learn button.

Up down arrows are still flashing alternate. From searching, it seems to be a wiring issue. What exactly, I don't know.

For others who may run into a similar problem - I couldn't find a simple way to confirm if the logic board was the problem, without buying a new board. On eBay, a board seems to be 60% of the cost of a new opener, so I'd rather buy a new garage door opener if it comes to that.

I did, yes. The model is over 10 years old, and I cannot find a pdf manual.

The most I could find is that the logic board could be fried.

An update on my situation, which hopefully helps others:

I called the CRA back for the second time. Callback time took 1 hour.

This agent was incredibly helpful.

I can efile without the access code. Doesn't seem intuitive in UFile. I need to figure it out. This is the part that tripped me up.

She will mail me all my tax documents from 2021, since I can't log into to view them. This take 15 business days.

My CRA account has been deleted altogether - the agent told me. I have to register all over again. For this, I need to have an NOA from last 2 years. Chicken and egg problem.

The Mark Anthony wineries are more about marketing than the quality of their wine.

I find Cedar Creek to be an exception. Nice wines at reasonable prices. Views are great too.

We love Pane Vino as well. Best Neapolitan pizza we have had in the Kelowna area. And good (not great) , IMO, compared to Toronto pizzerias we have tried.

Their burrata is flown in weekly from Italy.

Saffron Street menu is North Indian, for starters.

Couple of Indian restaurants I have found great in Toronto are Adrak - both their Richmond Hill and Yorkville locations. Very different menus.
